To join Team Europe, you need to be a skilled exercise cyclist. The ride on the international Team Rynkeby team is a tough cycling challenge with many altitude metres, so it's not a ride for beginners.

On Team Europe you will be part of an international team with participants from several countries in Europe. The team language is English and you should be prepared that many of the training rides leading up to the trip to Paris will take place alone or in smaller groups with participants from your own country. You will be given a training plan and if you follow it, you will be ready for the big trip to Paris with your European teammates.  

Most people start their interest in Team Rynkeby with a desire to have an extraordinary cycling experience. That's perfectly normal. But once you meet the children and families that Team Rynkeby is raising money for, the cause typically takes on a whole lot more meaning for participants. For many, doing something good for others becomes the main driving force to continue with the project year after year.

The most important thing is that you can see yourself in all three pillars of the project. Because they are all important.
