“Do it Right the First Time” – was the aim in 2026 for Team Rynkeby when starting a new branch within the Team Rynkeby project – the gravel experience.

It was the right gravel bike for the TR project – the Bianchi Arcadex COMP is equipped with Shimano GRX 610/822 group with 1x12-speed gear system. The TR is not racing – it is endurance with many hours in the saddle and several days in a row. Therefore, the Bianchi Arcadex COMP will also be the gravel bike for the 2027 season and it comes in five sizes.

TEAM RYNKEBY 2027 BIANCHI ARCADEX COMP

The 2026 bike was not just an adjusted or customized road bike – it is a full-hearted gravel bike. Bianchi transitioned the new Arcadex 2026 model from the earlier model – that was a stiffer all-road bike to the new 2026 full-blown performance gravel bike. That gives the Arcadex the breathing room to pursue a new role as an adventure-centric gravel bike – more flexible but still stiff and fast. The seatpost on this newer model has gone down in size to 27.2 mm, which just proves Bianchi attempt to deliver a smoother ride. Bianchi is sending this new model on the marked to Team Rynkeby amongst others, so the project will be one of the first teams to receive the overhauled Arcadex version – and even painted in the famous Team Rynkeby yellow colour.

The Arcadex Comp carbon gravel can be handled securely by both beginners and also pushed to the limit by experienced gravel riders. The Arcadex has three-pack fork mounts and tire clearance up to 50 mm (700c).

Shimano GRX 610/822 Groupset with Disc Brakes

The gravel bike will be delivered with a real gravel groupset and internal cable routing. The Shimano GRX610 1x12 speed mechanical shifting/brake levers, GRX822 rear derailleur and the new GRX 410 hydraulic disc brakes. There is only one chain ring – therefore no need for a front derailleur.

The suggested retail price in the shops is DKK 24.592 (€ 3.290) - but you can get the Team Rynkeby Bianchi Acardex for only DKK 16.720 (€ 2.236*).

TEAM RYNKEBY 2027 BIANCHI ARCADEX COMP

FRAME: Bianchi Arcadex Comp 2027, Team Rynkeby yellow colour. Full carbon frame using 1.5" headset, thru axle 12x142mm, flat mount disc version, max tires 622x50 mm.
Sizes: XS (47), SM (51), MD (55), LG (58) and XL (61).
Gear hanger/drop: SRAM UDH (00.7918.089.000) – which is a universal derailleur hanger. The UDH has been widely adopted throughout the cycling industry with hundreds of models already featuring it.

FORK: Full Carbon 1.5" flat mount, disc brake, thru axle 12x100mm, max tire 622x50 mm.

GROUPSET: Shimano GRX 610 gear shifters/brake levers 1x12 speed, GRX 822 SGS rear derailleur and the new brake calibres RX-410 series.
Gear shifters/brake levers are Shimano BL-RX610-L mechanical gear with hydraulic disc brakes using 160 mm rotors.
Brake calibre in front is BR-RX410(F), for 160mm rotor, resin (w/o fin). The rear brake calibre is BR-RX410-R.  The GRX RX410 disc brake caliper brings a new level of control to gravel cycling with enhanced modulation and a quicker initial braking point. Features a 10% wider pad clearance decreases brake noise. The system used olive and insert SM-BH90 black.

CRANKSET: Shimano FC-RX610-1, 40 tooth chainring. Crank Length is 170 mm for the frame size XS-S, 172.5 mm for the M-L and 175 mm for the XL frame.

CASSETTE: Shimano SLX 12 speed 10-51T, CS-M6200-12, SLX, 12-speed Hyperglide+ (10-12-14-16-18-21-24-28-33-39-45-51T) Micro Spline Driver.

DERAILLEUR (FRONT): Not installed – the system is 1x12 gears.

DERAILLEUR (REAR): Shimano RD-RX822, GRX, SGS 12 speed (top normal, shadow), direct attachment, support max 51T.

STEM: Velomann model ST333A, AL6061, fully internal cable routing stem, compatible with Acros AICR system, w/bolts SCM435 zinc black finish, w/top cap (w/ M6x35 bolt), Sandblast Black.
Stem lengths are 80 mm for the frame size XS (47) and SM (51), 90 mm for the MD (55), 100 mm for the LG (58) and 110 mm for the XL (61).

BOTTOM BRACKET: Shimano SM-BB72-41B, press fit for road (same model as the Bianchi Infinito ICR model used on the Bianchi Infinito road bike models).

CHAIN: Shimano CN-M7100 HG 12 speed with quick link.

DISC ROTORS: Shimano 160mm centre lock front & rear wheel, model SM-RT70 rotor with Ice Technology, internal serration.

HANDLEBARS: Velomann Gravel handlebar JD-RA120A, alloy diam. 31,8mm, reach 70mm, drop 130mm, Flair: 16, Handlebar width is 400 mm on frame size XS (47) and SM (51), 420 mm on MD (55) and LG (58) and 440 mm on size XL (61).

SADDLE: Unisex, Bianchi Velomann Gravel MITORA 149 H2, Codice fornitore EMME2 SNC Di Ceccato Franco. 006956, Steel rail.

SEATPOST: Velomann JD-SP67T.C carbon shaft UD finish, forged alloy head, 15mm offset, 27.2mm, with customized Velomann graphics 2020. Length is 300 mm on frame size XS (47) and 350 mm on frame sizes SM (51), MD (55), LG (58) and XL (61).

TAPE: Bianchi Hexagon tape, 2.5mm thickness, full black, w\ black plugs Bianchi logo.

TYRES: Cinturato Gravel M, 700 x 45c, 120TPI, Folding, Classic (3832605). Frame can handle max tyre size 700c x 50 mm.

WHEELSET: Velomann V20G, PJ6, 700Cx25 clincher model (tire and inner tube) – however the wheelset is tubeless ready.
Hub: Alloy 6061, 3 pawls + 1spring, centre lock, sealed cartridge bearing.
RIM: Alloy 6061, External 25.5, tubeless-ready, Clincher (tire and tube).
Driver: MicroSpline
