DENMARK: As the year draws to a close, Team Rynkeby participants are working hard to close the last clothing sponsorships ahead of the deadline of 13 January 2025.

According to Team Rynkeby's Danish Country Manager, Steffen Juncker, sponsorship activities are well underway on the Danish teams, and he is quite optimistic about getting the teams' jerseys filled up with generous companies' logos.

"It looks pretty reasonable at the moment. There's a huge effort being made by the volunteers on the teams and the response we're getting from the sponsors is really positive. We come with a strong concept and most companies know us and realise that the money we raise every year makes a huge difference for children with critical illnesses," says Steffen Juncker.

Get visits from the local teams
Although Steffen Juncker knows that the vast majority of Team Rynkeby's more than 4,500 sponsors give their sponsorship from the heart, he and the volunteers want to go a long way to ensure that sponsors feel that their sponsorship also adds value to the business.

For example, there is a good tradition for local Team Rynkeby teams to visit their local gold and platinum sponsors in connection with the team's training sessions in the spring.

"It's a great opportunity to say hello to the local participants, tell them a little about the company and take a picture for social media and the local press. Our participants will reach out and try to set up agreements in the coming period, and I hope that many companies will accept the offer," says Steffen Juncker.

Download materials for activation
Team Rynkeby has also created a page on its website where sponsors can download a range of relevant materials that can help activate the company's sponsorship.

Among other things, you can download support banners and other graphic elements, get inspiration for press releases, download images for use on your own platforms and inspiration for SoMe texts.

"We have created a link that should be easy to access for the marketing people at our sponsors. And if there are any special requests, we are of course always available," says Steffen Juncker.
